EGIS XD NMEA 2000 Dual Relay-VSR Module

The EGIS XD NMEA 2000 Dual Relay/VSR Module combines a high-current remote battery switch with an automatic charging relay/voltage-sensing relay in one programmable two-circuit device. NMEA 2000 integration allows compatible multifunction displays to control the switching functions while also monitoring battery voltage and relay status.

Each switch position supports up to 500A continuous current and 1,600A cranking current, making the module suitable for heavy-duty marine and work-vehicle systems. The VSR logic can share charging from an alternator or other source while charge voltage is present and isolate the batteries when charging stops. Three-position manual knobs can force the relays open or closed and lock them in that state, while dip switches allow the voltage thresholds and delay behavior to be configured for the installation.

The enclosure is sealed to IP67/IP6K9K and uses high-temperature electronics plus corrosion-resistant stainless-steel hardware. The module connects through an 8-pin DT interface and combines local manual control, network control, automatic voltage sensing, and real-time status monitoring in one compact high-current assembly.
