EGIS 3908 MIDI 5-Circuit Sealed Fuse Block

The EGIS MIDI 5-Circuit Sealed Fuse Block provides five protected high-current outputs in a compact marine-grade enclosure. It accepts MIDI, AMI, and BF style fuses and is intended to protect add-on circuits from overloads and accidental shorts to frame ground or battery negative.

The block is designed to reduce installation space when paired with other EGIS Mobile Electric switching and power-management components. Optional dual, triple, and quad link busbars support plug-and-play expansion into larger switching and protection assemblies. The sealed construction is rated for harsh environments, uses high-temperature materials, stainless cable studs, large 1/4-20 or M6 mounting holes, and a Gore-Tex vent. The cover latches securely and stores two spare fuses plus four screws.

The block is rated for 500A total continuous current, accepts fuses up to 200A per MIDI/AMI position, and is ignition protected to SAE J1171. It uses an M8 input stud and M6 output studs. The manufacturer specifications list IP67 ingress protection, while the source feature description also references IP66/IP6K9K sealing for the construction.
