Davis Stainless Steel Temperature Probe w/Cable

The Davis stainless steel temperature probe reads air, soil or water temperature and connects by RJ connector, with a 2-1/2 inch stainless housing and a 15 foot direct-burial cable.

Direct-burial rating is the useful part. The cable can go in the ground or in water without a conduit, so you can read soil temperature at root depth or water temperature in a pond without building anything to protect the run.

Up to four probes can go on a single Leaf and Soil Moisture and Temperature Station. It also works with Vantage Connect in place of that unit's internal sensor, which saves adding a whole station just to read one more temperature. Compatible with the Wireless Temperature Station 6372, Weather Envoy 6316, Envoy8X 6318, and Anemometer/Sensor Transmitter Kit 6332. Take a look through our navigation compasses.
