Description

The Damascus Lockback has a 3.25-inch Damascus steel clip point blade, a stag bone handle, brass bolsters and a lanyard hole, closing to 4.5 inches.

Damascus is forge-welded from alternating layers of steel, folded repeatedly and then etched so the layers show as a flowing pattern across the blade. No two come out the same. Stag bone is bone worked to imitate the ridged surface of antler, and being natural material it varies in color and texture from one handle to the next.

Brass bolsters darken with handling rather than staying bright, so the metal ages alongside the bone instead of standing apart from it. A lockback holds the blade with a spine-mounted bar, simple enough that there is very little to fail. Explore more Lockback Knives.

  • Damascus pattern is different on every blade
  • Stag bone varies in color and texture
  • Brass bolsters darken with handling
  • 3.25-inch clip point, 4.5 inches closed
