That single-battery approach avoids a tangle of separate connections each time a new device gets added. It also keeps every accessory drawing from a consistent, known power source.

Any marine equipment, including depth finders, GPS units, radios, lights, pumps, and aerators, can connect to one of the five included 14 AWG leads, each rated for a 10 amp draw. That per-lead rating covers the power draw of most individual marine accessories. There's no need to size wire separately for each device once the leads are in place.
