Cattleman's Signature Yellow Stockman Pocket Knife

The Cattlemans Cutlery Signature Stockman has satin 3Cr13 stainless clip, sheepsfoot and spey blades in a yellow jigged Delrin handle with stainless bolsters and an inlay shield, closing to 3.5 inches.

Yellow is the traditional stockman color, going back to when a bright handle was the only way to find a dropped knife in bedding or a feedlot. It reads as a working choice where the red version reads as a preference. Jigging presses grooved texture into the Delrin, which grips where a smooth surface turns slick.

Three blades divide the work: the clip for general cutting, the sheepsfoot for controlled push cuts against a surface, and the spey for scraping without a point to puncture. 3Cr13 resists corrosion well and comes back to sharp quickly, which suits a knife touched up often rather than kept for display.
