The Browning Night Seeker 2 is a 2.25 in cap light rated at 21 lumens with a wide-angle beam. The light pivots through 180 degrees and can also stand on its own, so it does not have to remain clipped to a cap to be useful.
Browning gives the light both white and green output. Beam distance is about 10 m, and runtime is rated up to 12 hours from the two included CR2032 batteries. The black polymer body is water resistant.
The 180-degree pivot lets the beam be aimed down toward close work or farther ahead without moving the entire cap. Because the light can also stand on a flat surface, the same small unit can work as a hands-free task light away from headwear.
