The Sea-Dog LED Flex Neck Light has 21 white LEDs with a red mode, a touch dimmer and a built-in 5V 2A USB port.
The built-in USB port at 5V and 2A means the light doubles as a charging point at a chart table or berth. On a boat those two things are usually wanted in the same place, and combining them removes a separate USB outlet and its wiring run.
Red and white are cycled by the center button, with continued pressing dialling in the dimmer. Red preserves night vision for anyone on watch, so a chart light with a red mode does not undo twenty minutes of dark adaptation each time it is used.
The flexible neck points the light where it is needed rather than where the fixture happens to face. That suits chart work, reading or general berth lighting from one fitting, with 3000K Bridgelux emitters running at 3W. Explore more interior and courtesy lights.
