Two dual chargers plus a voltmeter is the fullest configuration in this range, fitting four USB ports and a display into a single cutout. The 4366 has one charger and a voltmeter; the 4365 has two chargers and no voltmeter. Choosing between them means deciding whether the fourth port or the display matters more.

An illuminated Carling Technologies 15A circuit breaker switch controls the whole panel, and that switch is the useful part. USB chargers draw current whenever they are connected, and on a boat left for weeks that parasitic load flattens a bank quietly.
