Blue Performance Medium Mast-Mounted Halyard Bag

The medium Blue Performance halyard bag provides a dedicated place to collect loose rope at the base of a mast. Inside are three hanging rope clips for keeping up to three masthead halyards separate. A top collar stays open for the ropes to enter the bag. Its approximate dimensions are 6.9 x 23.6 x 5.1 inches.

Hook-and-loop straps secure the bag directly to the mast. A heavy-duty front zipper and hook-and-loop flap make the stored halyards accessible. When checking fit, allow room for the halyards to run naturally into the collar. Keeping the bag close to the working ends can make line handling tidier around the mast.

Waterproof, mildew-resistant, and UV-resistant ripstop fabric stands up to exposure around the mast. A self-draining design helps prevent the bag from holding standing water after wet sailing conditions. This medium bag takes up less mast-side space than the large version while retaining the three-halyard arrangement. Explore Sailing Hardware for other sail-control accessories.
