Black Oak Wireless RGB Lighting Controller

The Black Oak Wireless RGB Lighting Controller is designed to manage color-changing accent lights from Black Oak or other compatible systems. It gives the user a handheld way to select colors and cycle through available lighting effects without having to mount a large control panel at the helm or dash. The module can be hidden in a protected location such as a console, glove compartment, or other secure enclosure. That keeps the control electronics out of sight while leaving the remote easy to access.

One controller can operate up to 15 Black Oak RGB accent lights, which makes it suitable for multi-light installations around a boat, vehicle, or trailer. The control module measures approximately 3.1875 in long by 2.5 in wide by 0.875 in high. Mounting-tab holes are spaced about 2.75 in apart, giving the installer a useful reference before drilling or fastening the module. The handheld controller uses a CR2025 or CR2032 battery.

The package includes the RGB module and the wireless controller. A protected mounting location is recommended for the module so wiring stays secure and the electronics are not exposed unnecessarily. Because one controller can serve a larger group of accent lights, planning the wire branches before mounting can keep the final installation cleaner. Before installation, the number of connected accent lights and the planned wire routing should be confirmed so the system remains organized and easy to service.
