The Black Oak 2 in Red Predator Flood Hunting Pod Light is designed for nighttime hunting applications where a red beam is preferable to bright white light. Red illumination can help preserve the hunter’s night-adjusted vision and is less likely to create the same visual disturbance as a white beam. Black Oak also positions the red output for picking up eye shine at distance and for working through fog or moisture. The compact pod can be mounted on ATVs, UTVs, trucks, or other hunting rigs.

The Pro Series 3.0 housing uses a flood optic so the light covers a wider area instead of producing a narrow pencil beam. Black Oak applies its 360-degree ceramic protection against ultraviolet exposure, salt water, and corrosion, then seals the housing with the two-stage Hydrex system. The Dynamax housing is designed as a reinforced frame, and premium DuPont powder coat protects the exterior finish.
