The Balmar Universal Adjustment Arm (UAA) is the arm only, sold without the Belt Buddy adjustment mechanism that pairs with it. The mechanism that specifically matches this arm is part number BB, and the two together as a set are part number UBB.

A separate mechanism, part number BBU, is built to work with most existing adjustment arms rather than this specific one, which is useful for someone who already has an arm and just needs the tensioning hardware.
