The Balmar 120A Saddle Mount Alternator Kit includes a 60-120-J10 alternator with Balmar's J10 AltMount serpentine pulley, for 3.15-inch Hitachi-style saddles.
J10 against K6 is the pulley difference between the two 120A saddle kits, and the existing belt decides which is correct. A ten-groove serpentine belt will not run on a six-groove pulley. Counting the grooves on the current belt before ordering is the check that avoids a return.
The 3.15-inch dual-foot Hitachi-style saddle is common on Yanmar and Westerbeke engines. Mount and pulley are independent specifications, so both need confirming rather than assuming they go together.
