Ancor Yellow 8 AWG 100-Foot Spool Battery Cable

Eight gauge is the lightest battery cable in this group, sized for trolling motor leads, small inverters, and accessory circuits. This Ancor cable is yellow, the ABYC color for DC negative, on a 100 ft spool. The longer spool covers several runs or a full rewiring job.

Tinned copper keeps the strands from corroding, even in a damp bilge or engine compartment. Because the stranding is ultra-flexible Type 3, the cable bends easily around tight corners and resists breaking from vibration. That flexibility makes long runs easier to pull.

The jacket is Ancor's premium vinyl, which resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, and UV and stays flexible in freezing weather. It is rated to 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet. Browse more Battery Cable for heavier gauges.
