The AMEC with VHF Splitter is the VHF splitter model of AMEC's latest 2W AIS Class B transponder line, compact, durable, and easy to install, with strong sending and receiving performance to keep the crew alerted and in control on the water.

AMEC's 3rd-generation AIS engine delivers power efficiency and reliability, backed by software-defined radio technology and a high-performance dual-channel receiver for maximum message processing. A 72-channel high-speed GNSS receiver supports GPS, Galileo, Beidou, or GLONASS.

It's IP68 waterproof rated with certified EMI protection against onboard electronics interference, and it connects through NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183, and USB.
