The Xantrex Connection Kit supplies around 50 feet of connection cabling for LinkLITE and LinkPRO battery monitors.

Fifty feet is what lets the display and the shunt live in different places, which is the whole point of a shunt-based monitor. The shunt has to sit at the battery bank where the current actually flows; the display has to sit where somebody will read it. On most boats those are nowhere near each other.
