Whale Supersub 12V 650GPH Low Profile Automatic Bilge Pump

The Whale Supersub 650 is a low-profile automatic bilge pump designed for tight bilge spaces where conventional vertical pumps may be difficult to fit. Its slim housing can be mounted horizontally or vertically, giving installers more flexibility around stringers, tanks, and other equipment while still providing automatic water removal.

Electronic sensing starts and stops the pump without a separate float switch, reducing the number of moving components in the bilge. The pump is designed for 12V marine systems and gives a compact solution for smaller bilges, secondary pumping locations, and installations where minimizing retained water is important.

Confirm available mounting space, discharge-hose routing, electrical protection, and access for future cleaning before installation. Mount the pump so water can reach the sensing area freely, secure the wiring above normal bilge water where practical, and test automatic operation with water before relying on the system.
