Uflex Rotech 17-Foot Rotary Steering Package

The Uflex Rotech 17-foot rotary steering package gives the helm, bezel, and cable needed for a compatible mechanical steering installation. The boxed system includes a T71FC fast-connect helm, X34 90-degree bezel, and 17-foot M66 steering cable, so it is useful for replacement projects where the required cable length is known.

Fast-connect construction simplifies assembly, while corrosion-resistant materials and stainless-steel cable output ends are intended for marine service. The compact helm is particularly useful where clearance behind the dashboard is limited, and its standard 3/4-inch tapered shaft accepts compatible marine steering wheels.

Measure the full cable-routing path before selecting the 17-foot version and maintain the specified minimum bend radius. Confirm engine compatibility, steering attachment points, dashboard clearance, wheel size, and the boat manufacturer's horsepower limit. Once installed, verify approximately 3.8 turns lock-to-lock and smooth unrestricted steering before operation.
