Trijicon Huron 3-9x40 BDC Hunter Riflescope

The Trijicon Huron 3-9x riflescope uses a 40 mm objective, a 1 in tube, and a BDC Hunter Holds reticle. Its satin-black finish and capped adjusters give the scope a clean hunting-oriented layout without exposed target-style turrets. The magnification range determines whether this version is better suited to a wider low-power view or a more traditional mid-range hunting setup.

The 3-9x range gives this Huron a more traditional hunting-scope magnification spread than the 1-4x model. A 40 mm objective and 1 in main tube define the mounting dimensions, while the BDC Hunter Holds reticle provides the aiming reference. Its capped adjusters suit a set-and-carry configuration where the turrets are not intended to remain exposed during routine field use.

This scope makes the most sense when its 3-9x power range and BDC Hunter Holds reticle match the rifle's intended use. Rings must match the 1 in tube exactly, and the rifle still needs enough clearance for the objective and a comfortable eye position.
