The Tecnoseal zinc sacrificial anode product is built to help protect compatible underwater metal components from galvanic corrosion. Sacrificial anodes corrode preferentially so more valuable drive, hull, and underwater hardware is less likely to become the primary metal consumed by electrochemical activity.
