The TACO F16-2630 adjustable clamp-on rod holder is made from polished 316 stainless steel, the grade used for hardware that sits in salt spray every day. Its adjustable clamp fits more than one pipe and tube size, so it can go on a T-top, rail, or tower leg without drilling. It works on both vertical and horizontal pipe.

Once clamped on, the holder rotates and locks in 18-degree steps, letting you set the rod at the angle that suits trolling, drifting, or storage. A form-fitted white PVC liner protects the rod butt and reel seat from scratches. The liner also keeps the rod from rattling in the tube.
