Solid, rigid PVC cap stock exhibits traditional surface characteristics, appearance, and impact properties, with a continuous coil eliminating butt joints around the gunwale. Vacuum calibration tooling allows for tighter dimensional tolerance, while the high-density core gives improved shock-absorbent impact resistance. Made in the USA with a 5-year limited warranty.
