Description
The Surefire 6PX Pro is a dual output flashlight giving 15 or 600 lumens in black, with a tactical tailcap switch.
Fifteen lumens is the useful number here. It is low enough to read a map, check a bag or move around a house without destroying night vision, and most two-mode lights set their low far too high for that. Six hundred lumens covers everything else, and the two are reached from the same tailcap by how far it is pressed.
The Pro designation marks the dual output version, where the single output 6PX runs one brightness only. A tactical tailcap gives momentary light from a press and constant from a click, so the light suits both a quick look and extended use. Explore more handheld flashlights.
- 15 lumens low, actually low enough for close work
- 600 lumens high from the same switch
- Both reached by how far the tailcap is pressed
- Dual output, where the standard 6PX is single
