Streamlight TLR RM1 500-Lumen Weapon Light

The Streamlight TLR RM1 is a compact long-gun light rated at 500 lumens with a stated 1.5-hour runtime. Its black housing is supplied with a key kit to help fit compatible mounting setups. One CR123A lithium battery powers the light, keeping the package simple and easy to service in the field.

The RM1 format is shorter and lower-output than the 1,000-lumen RM2 models, which can be useful when rail space and overall size matter more than maximum output. The included key kit gives the user the hardware needed to match the light to supported mounting interfaces. A single-battery design also reduces the number of cells that need to be carried as spares.

This RM1 is a straightforward choice for a compatible long gun that needs a compact 500-lumen light without an integrated laser. It should be selected by mounting fit and desired output rather than by assuming all RM-series lights use the same footprint or controls.
