Streamlight TLR-8X G Green Laser Weapon Light

The Streamlight TLR-8X G combines a 500-lumen white light with a green laser in a full-size pistol-light format. Streamlight rates the beam at 5,000 candela and lists a 1.5-hour runtime. Those specifications make this model easier to compare with the smaller Sub lights and the higher-output HL-X versions.

The green laser is integrated into the same body as the white light, keeping both functions on one rail-mounted unit. That saves space compared with adding a separate laser module and gives the controls a single location. The black finish keeps the light consistent with the rest of the TLR family.

The TLR-8X G is a good fit when 500 lumens and a green laser are wanted without moving to the 1,000-lumen HL-X models. Because the supplied product information does not identify a pistol-specific shell here, rail fit should be confirmed before installation.
