Streamlight ProTac HL-X 1000 Lumen Flashlight

The Streamlight ProTac HL-X is a 1,000 lumen flashlight in black, supplied with a battery.

The HL-X sits in the middle of the ProTac range, above the 750 lumen HL and below the 3,500 lumen 5-X, and 1,000 lumens is where most practical use actually sits. Higher output looks better on a box but drains a battery faster and generates heat that forces a step-down, where 1,000 lumens runs steadily.

Ten-Tap programming lets the tail switch be set to high then strobe, high only, or low then medium then high, so the light does what the user wants rather than cycling through unwanted modes.
