This SI-TEX Inboard Rotary Rudder Feedback, with 50-foot cable included, tells an autopilot exactly where the rudder physically sits at any given moment, information that's necessary for accurate, well-tuned steering performance.

The rudder follower package mounts either horizontally or vertically depending on how the boat's steering system is laid out, and a snap-together assembly keeps installation straightforward. Stainless steel, brass, and plastic construction, housed in a watertight, glass-fiber-reinforced enclosure, holds up to the wet, vibration-heavy environment inside a steering compartment.
