The Rupp Center Console Adjustable Center Rigger Base lets the center rigger pole be set at various angles to match the line of the side outriggers or the tower leg. It doesn't fix the pole at one predetermined angle.
That adjustability matters when the boat's outrigger geometry isn't a perfect match for a fixed-angle base. A mismatched center rigger angle can throw off the spacing of the whole trolling spread.
