The RIGID SR-Series PRO 40 in White Combo LED Light Bar is the mid-length option in the SR-Series PRO lineup, sized for mounting spots where a 50 in bar will not fit but a short bar does not give enough coverage. At 40 in long and less than 2 in tall, it suits bumpers, grille openings, and narrower roof racks, along with T-tops and hardtops on smaller center consoles.

Forty LEDs sit behind hybrid spot/flood optics, so part of the output reaches far downrange while the rest spreads across the area directly in front of you. That is plenty of reach for trails, back roads, and running at night, without the extra length and current draw of the 50 in model.

The housing is extruded aluminum with a white powder-coated finish and a polycarbonate lens built to take impacts. Integrated thermal management controls heat, and a GORE pressure-equalizing vent keeps internal pressure balanced as temperatures change. Over- and under-voltage protection guards the electronics, the LEDs come on instantly, and RIGID rates them for more than 50,000 hours. The bar is designed, engineered, and assembled in the USA.

This 40 in bar draws 18.5A, so choose a relay, switch, and wire gauge rated for that load before you install it. If you need more output and have the room, compare it with the SR-Series PRO 50 in, which adds ten LEDs and roughly a quarter more light.
