Real Avid Smart-Torq Precision Optics Driver

The Real Avid Smart-Torq Driver is a precision torque tool for optics and firearm accessories. Unlike the fixed limiters, this driver is intended to cover precision mounting work with a single dedicated torque-driver platform. That makes it useful when the bench handles several different accessory and optic installations.

Precision optics hardware often uses specific torque values, so a torque driver gives the installer a more controlled approach than a standard screwdriver. The required setting should always come from the optic, ring, base, or accessory manufacturer. The Smart-Torq driver then provides the tool needed to apply that specification more deliberately.

This model is best for users who want a reusable precision driver rather than collecting only fixed-value limiters. It is especially relevant to scope, sight, and accessory mounting where consistent fastener tension matters.
