Pro-Shot Premium Universal Gun Cleaning Kit

The Pro-Shot Premium Universal Box Kit cleans pistols, rifles and shotguns from .22 caliber through 12 gauge from one heavy-duty reusable case. Pro-Shot says it's a favorite with 3-Gun competitors, who need to clean three platforms after a match. Every rod section accepts accessories and brushes. That makes it a true universal kit rather than a pile of mismatched parts.

Inside you'll find premium stainless rods with a 32.5 inch working length, a full-size swivel handle, a .22-.45 caliber rifle and pistol patch holder, a brass shotgun patch holder, a brass shotgun accessory adapter, a brass muzzle guard, five nylon bristle bore brushes (.22 pistol, .38-.45 multi-brush, .22 rifle, .30 rifle and a .410-12 gauge multi-brush), a 1 fl. oz. needle-oiler bottle of 1 Step CLP, cotton flannel patches, a double-ended nylon brush, Pro-Gold grease and a silicone-treated cloth. Pro-Shot rods are premium stainless steel, burnished and micro-polished to a dense, mirror-smooth surface. Rifle and pistol accessories use the industry-standard 8-32 thread, and shotgun accessories use the standard 5/16-27 thread.

A rough or soft rod can pick up grit and drag it down the bore, and this finish resists holding onto it. The swivel handle lets the rod turn as you push, so brushes and jags follow the twist of the rifling instead of fighting it. The brass shotgun adapter converts the rod's 8-32 thread to the 5/16-27 shotgun thread, so the same rods clean a 12 gauge. The needle oiler puts lubricant exactly where you want it.
