Polyform A-1 11 in Red All-Purpose Marine Buoy

The Polyform A-1 Red A-Series Buoy is the more compact buoy in this pair, sized at 11 x 15 in for boats in the 15 to 30 ft range. It carries the classic A-Series rounded profile for gear marking, mooring-related use, and rafting protection without the bulk of the larger A-2.

Polyform molds the buoy as a one-piece vinyl body with even wall thickness and a reinforced ropehold. The A-1 measures 34.6 in around the body, has a 1 in eye diameter, and provides 3.5 gal of internal volume.

The built-in Polyform valve system supports inflation adjustment for the job at hand. Sold individually, this red buoy is easy to spot and works well where a smaller general-purpose buoy or rafting fender is the better fit.
