The Pacer Black 1/0 AWG Battery Cable is a 50-foot spool of Type III finely stranded tinned copper, made in the USA.

Fifty feet is the middle 1/0 quantity, with 100 feet available for a boat needing several runs at this gauge. One aught covers heavy negative returns: large inverter feeds, charging circuits and main DC distribution, and a single boat rarely needs more than one or two.

Fine-strand construction makes 1/0 manageable to install, which coarse cable at this gauge is not. A rigid conductor holds whatever shape it was coiled in and has to be forced into place, which strains the terminations at both ends before the system is even energized.
