Outdoor Edge Razor APX 3 Inch 7-Blade Fixed Knife

The Outdoor Edge Razor APX has seven blades that are not all the same: three drop points, two capers, a gutting blade and a saw, all running in one 3-inch orange titanium coated frame with a sheath.

That mix covers the whole job. Drop points do general skinning, the capers work close around the head where a wide blade is clumsy, the gutting blade opens the cavity without puncturing, and the saw handles pelvis and sternum. Swapping between them takes seconds, where field sharpening takes a stone and patience.
