The Otis Deluxe Law Enforcement Universal Cleaning Kit is a compact multi-weapon system aimed at 5.56mm and 7.62mm rifles, 12 gauge shotguns, and 9mm, .40, and .45 caliber pistols or subguns. It combines six caliber-specific bronze bore brushes with 8 and 30 in Memory-Flex cables, cotton patches, slotted tips, a Patch Saver, and small, large, and pistol obstruction removers. The kit also includes detailed maintenance tools for areas outside the bore.

A pin punch, straight and curved locking-lug picks, scraper, mini nylon end brush, short all-purpose brush, male and female rods, and Bore Reflector+ support chamber, action, and component cleaning.
