The Old Forge Stubby Skinner has a 2.5-inch Damascus steel clip point blade with a full tang at 5.25 inches overall in a white smooth bone handle, stainless bolsters, a lanyard hole and a brown leather belt sheath.

Damascus is forge-welded from alternating layers of steel, folded repeatedly and etched so the layers show as a flowing pattern, and no two blades come out identical. At 5.25 inches overall this is a very small fixed blade, sized for caping and detail work around a carcass rather than heavy cutting.

White smooth bone against a dark etched blade is a deliberate contrast, and polished flat rather than jigged it shows the material's own grain. Full tang construction runs the steel the whole length of the handle, so there is no joint to loosen. Explore more Hunting Knives.
