Outdoor Edge WildLite Game Processing Knife Kit

The Outdoor Edge WildLite Game Processing Knife Kit is a six-piece butcher kit packed in a black hard-sided carry case. It includes a 9.5 in fillet and boning knife with a 5 in blade, an 8.5 in gut hook skinner with a 4 in blade and an 8 in caping knife with a 2.5 in blade. Those three cover skinning, caping and breaking the meat down.

The blades are satin finished 420J2 stainless steel with standard edges. Orange rubberized TPR handles grip well with wet hands and are easy to spot. A two-stage sharpener keeps the edges ready.

Game cleaning gloves are also included. The hard case keeps everything together in a truck, camp box or freezer room. Other processing kits are in our hunting knives section.
