Mustang Essentialist Mahi Yellow Belt Pack PFD

The Mustang Survival Essentialist Mahi Yellow Belt Pack PFD is a manual inflatable life jacket that rides in a pouch at your waist instead of over your shoulders. A 3D breathable mesh liner lets air move against your back on hot days. It weighs only 0.88 lb and is Harmonized Level 70 approved, which makes it a popular pick for paddlers who want full arm and shoulder movement.

Pull the manual inflation cord and the pillow-style bladder deploys from the pouch, then slip it over your head. It does not inflate on its own, so splashes and rain will not set it off while you paddle. After use, the pillow-style bladder is simple to fold back into the pouch.

Two zippered pockets and a mesh stash pocket with a key loop hold keys, snacks and a phone. The Halkey Roberts inflator re-arms with Mustang Re-Arm Kit J (MA3070) after an inflation. Like other inflatables, a belt pack must be worn to count as your life jacket. Other inflatables are in our inflatable life jackets section.
