The Maglite ML25IT Xenon is a 6.63 inch black aluminum flashlight giving 30 lumens with a 163 meter beam, on two C cells.
This is the two-cell version of the ML25IT, where the three-cell model runs longer and throws further. Two cells make a shorter, lighter light that still reaches 163 meters. That reach on only 30 lumens comes from a xenon filament in a deep reflector, which concentrates a beam far more tightly than a broad LED emitter can.
Candle mode removes the head so the lamp stands upright and lights a room, turning the flashlight into a lantern. A spare xenon lamp is included, since a filament eventually burns out where an LED does not, and batteries are not included. Explore more handheld flashlights.
