Kleen-Bore 44 in .22-6.5mm Carbon Fiber Cleaning Rod

Kleen-Bore 44 in .22-6.5mm Carbon Fiber Cleaning Rod is the long-reach option in this group for rifles that need more working length than a standard 26- or 36-inch rod provides. The one-piece carbon-fiber shaft is light, rigid, and non-marring, helping the user guide patches and bore tools without threaded rod joints inside the barrel. Kleen-Bore specifies this model for .22 caliber through 6.5mm rifle bores.

The full-size handle contains ball bearings that allow the rod to rotate freely while the cleaning accessory follows the rifling. An anti-slide grip shape supports control during longer strokes, and the handle includes a hanging hole for storing the rod vertically. Standard 8-32 threads allow the tip to accept compatible jags, brushes, and other cleaning accessories.

A 44-inch working length is useful on long-barreled rifles and setups where the rod needs extra reach beyond the chamber and bore. The carbon fiber material also resists the solvents and oils normally encountered during firearm maintenance, which makes cleanup as simple as wiping the shaft after use.
