It's built to work with the IC-M424G, IC-M423GE, IC-M400BB, IC-M400BBE, IC-M510, IC-M510E, IC-M506, IC-M506E, IC-M605, and IC-M605EURO, covering most of Icom's current fixed-mount VHF lineup that uses a COMMANDMIC.
