The Icom HM-222H is a waterproof speaker microphone built with a 14-pin connector and a 3.5mm accessory jack, rated to keep working through active rain rather than just light spray.

An emergency switch sits at the top of the mic body for quick access without fumbling through a menu on the radio itself, and the mic carries an IP68 rating equivalent to the main transceiver it pairs with.
