The Hella Marine NaviLED 360 is a 2NM all-round anchor light on an 8-inch fold-down white pole, drawing under 1 watt.
Eight inches is the shortest pole in the range, below the 12 and 24-inch versions. It suits an open boat or a low-profile hull where nothing stands between the lamp and the horizon, and the shorter the pole the less there is to catch a line or take a knock.
Getting the height wrong in the other direction is the risk worth naming: a lamp obscured by a cabin top is not compliant however bright it is. Checking the sightline from all around the boat before choosing is quicker than discovering the problem at anchor.
