The Harken 29mm Carbo Double Swivel Symmetrical Fishing Pulley is built to improve how fast and precisely a sport fishing crew can deploy and retract bait teasers, using two back-to-back 29mm sheaves for a balanced, symmetrical design.

It's the first fishing pulley Harken has built with a swivel on both ends rather than just one at the head, which means there's no need to manually rig a separate swivel at the opposite end. That gets lures back in the water faster after a rig change.
