GROCO ARG-755 3/4-Inch Raw Water Strainer, SS Basket

The stainless steel basket in this GROCO ARG-755 gives the 3/4 in strainer a rigid, durable screen that stands up to repeated cleaning. It is a middle ground between the plastic and Monel basket versions of the same strainer. The strainer stops weeds, shells, and debris from reaching engines, generators, and air-conditioning equipment.

The housing has a one-piece molded sight glass, so the basket can be checked without opening anything. O-ring-sealed surfaces help prevent leaks when the strainer is put back together. Bonding provisions let it tie into the boat's bonding system.

Before installing, confirm the 3/4 in port size and thread type and check clearance above the strainer for basket removal. Clean the basket before it restricts flow, and inspect the seals each time. Browse more Raw Water Strainers for other baskets and sizes.
