GROCO 3/4-Inch NPT Bronze Inline Fuel Valve

The GROCO FV-750 inline fuel valve provides a dedicated manual shutoff for marine fuel or water plumbing. Its full-flow body lets the line be isolated without intentionally restricting the normal passage through the valve. The handle orientation can be selected to suit the installation, which is useful when the valve sits close to a tank, bulkhead, or other hardware. A mounting foot is included so the valve can be supported rather than left hanging in the connected line.

GROCO builds the FV-750 from marine bronze with a stainless-steel handle and hardware. PTFE seats and seals provide the sealing surfaces around the solid valve mechanism, and the body carries a 400 WOG rating. Its combination of selectable handle position and separate mounting support helps make the shutoff easier to reach and operate during routine service. The valve is UL listed for fuel or water, making it suitable for appropriately designed onboard systems using either service.

Install the FV-750 where the handle can be reached quickly and where the valve body can be secured to a stable surface. Use fuel-compatible sealing materials when the valve is installed in a fuel system, and support the connected line so vibration does not work the threaded joints loose. After the system is restored, cycle the valve and inspect every connection for leakage before closing the compartment.
