The GPS Double Bolt 42 inch Scoped Rifle Case is a black soft case sized for two scoped bolt rifles. A soft case protects the firearm from scrapes and knocks in a vehicle or range bag. It's lighter and easier to store than a hard case.
Measure the firearm's overall length with any optic, muzzle device or extended stock attached, then compare it to the case's interior. A snug fit protects better than a case that's too big, because the gun can't slide and knock around. Leave a little room so the zipper closes without straining the seams. Fit on this version is tied to the 42 in measurement, making a quick check of the existing installation worthwhile.
A double rifle case carries two rifles in one bag, which saves trips to the truck. Scoped-rifle cases have extra room for the optic. 600 denier polyester holds up to regular range use. Soft construction folds flat when empty. That makes it easy to stash in a closet or truck between trips. Checking the available space first is especially useful when several sizes in the same family share the same general design. Browse more firearm cases and range bags.
