The Garmin Striker 4 Fish Finder, with a 4-pin 77/200kHz CHIRP transducer included, is built as an accessible entry point into real sonar, a 3.5 in color display with high-sensitivity built-in GPS and simple keypad controls. Rather than a single fixed frequency, the included CHIRP transducer sweeps continuously from low to high frequency and interprets the return, delivering visibly sharper clarity and detail on fish and structure than an older-style transducer manages, at a genuine 200W RMS / 1,600W peak-to-peak transmit power.

Smooth Scaling keeps imagery from jumping or stuttering when switching between depth ranges, and sonar history rewind lets an angler scroll back through recent sonar to mark a waypoint they might have missed the first time through. A tilt/swivel mount ships in the box, along with fittings for either a transom or trolling motor install and the connecting cable.
