EGIS XD Flex L Single ACR Module

The EGIS XD Flex L Single ACR Module is an XD Flex L high-current power-management module configured as a single ACR with a front manual override and 6-pin DTM connector. The Flex L platform is intended for lithium-ion, lithium-polymer, and lithium iron phosphate battery systems that require higher programmable charge and discharge voltage settings than standard lead-acid configurations. Each relay position can handle up to 500A continuous current while keeping the installed footprint compact.

Dip-switch programming lets each electronic position operate as a remote relay/battery disconnect, voltage-sensing relay, or low-voltage disconnect. Remote ON/OFF/Auto inputs can force a relay closed, force it open, or return control to automatic voltage sensing, while local and remote LED indicators show relay state. Where fitted, the front manual override knob can lock a relay ON or OFF for service; the platform also supports a mechanical-only battery-switch function in one or more positions.

The XD housing is sealed to IP67/IP6K9K and uses high-temperature electronics, stainless cable-lug studs, and large 1/4-20 or M6 mounting holes. Bi-stable solenoids can reduce installation space and product weight by 35 to 75 percent, and off-state current can be 90 to 95 percent lower than multi-device alternatives. DTM/ATM connector versions are designed for pin-compatible replacement of legacy ML-Series bi-stable relays, and EGIS backs the platform with a 4-year manufacturer warranty.
